The format of the part numbering system is shown below. A unique serial number, prefIXedwith the letters TCM, is also marked on the legendplate. Repair kits are identified by the prefix RS followed the pump part numberegoRS11197-41-1111. Seal kits are identified by the prefix RSS followed by the pump part number egoRSS11197-41-1111. It is not necessaryto specify the pump type identifier (XW) when ordering pumps or sparesasthe pump series numbers 11196,11197and 11202 are unique to XW type pumps. - - - - Pumptype Oil indicator XW= Water glycol 1= Without oil indicator applications 2= With vertical oil indicator 3= With horizontaloil indicator Pumpseries Casefmish 11196=3 cylinder pump(12,700PSImax) 1 = Primer 11197=3 cylinder pump(7,500PSI max) 2= Offshore 11202=6 cylinder pump(7,500PSI max) 3= Natural Pistonstroke Outlet connection 4= Full stroke 1= Yz ins BSPP 5= YJ Stroke 2= Yz ins NPT 6=2f3 Stroke 3=% insMP Butech 4= %6ins MP Butech Pistondiameter Inlet connection 0= 0.438ins l=i ins BSPP 1= 0.500ins 2=~ ins NPT (adaptor) 2= 0.563ins 3= 1 ins NPT (adaptor) 3= 0.625ins 4= 1 ins BSP 4= 0.688ins ## . Theoreticalflow and maximum applied pressureare also given for each combination. The limiting pressureis derived from the piston diameter, cylinder block construction or in the caseof6 cylinder pumps the upper power limit of20 HP (15KW).The graphs on the following pagesgive the volumetric efficiency for each piston/stroke combination up to the maximum pressurefor each. The efficiency figure obtained is multiplied by the theoretical flow from the abovetable to obtain the actual flow the pump will deliver at the selectedpressure. . ## .
