Good afternoon teacher and classmates. Today my partner Renzo and I are going to present our ALP about sharing advice. Who hasn't gone to the supermarket and purchased packaged products? Obviously, everyone has bought packaged food at least once. In fact, eating this food is not bad at all, but in excess it is harmful. Both, eat a lot and eat packaged food. One of the errors of individuals is not seeing the nutrition facts of each product. Although businesses put that to assist people in their nutrition balance, it seems that they don’t care about that aspect when they buy. You should get out of the house and exercise at least 15 minutes a day. It can reduce your risk of depression and anxiety, as well as help you sleep better. Diet and exercise helps a lor if you want to maintain a healthy weight. You must be very busy during the day but in your free time you should exercise to help prevent health risks such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes and some cancers. Regular physical activity can help keep your thinking, learning and judgment skills strong over the years. Have you heard that yoga is a fashion? Or Has anyone ever practiced yoga? I used to practice yoga. Well, Initially I thought that yoga doesn’t work but someone told me that it brings many benefits. First, I looked for some information to make sure of that. It improves coordination, concentration and flexibility. Additionally, it lowers your blood pressure and heart rate, also helps us sleep better and reduces stress and anxiety. That reminds me, your mental health is another important point and I think that controlling our emotions could be something difficult to face but with some techniques we could achieve this. Make relaxing exercises diminish the intensity of your emotions, and making mental essays will prevent you from reacting negatively and its consequences. Keep the mind busy. That reminds me, if you want to get rid of stress, give your mind new content, such as music and healthy practices that invite you to relaxation and peace. It seems to me that reading, watching documentaries or investing in your personal development and mental health is always a good idea. It is also good to build healthy relationships with your family, friends and co-workers to avoid conflict and aggression. Even so, if you are a social person and like to interact, avoid surrounding yourself with negative people and staying in bad work environments. By the way, you should also sleep early. I could be wrong but it doesn't seem that staying up late at night will bring any benefits, so try to sleep between 6 and 8 hours. Consuming medicine responsibly.
This means that we must consume medicines carefully to avoid self-medication. An example of this would be if, for example, you have a simple flu or a slight headache and you take pills that are very strong and although it is true that at the moment they help you, this means that in the future when you get sick, those pills don’t have the same effect and you have to resort to injections or stronger medications. That is why it is better to consult what medications to take at a pharmacy or go to the doctor for a better diagnosis. On the other hand, we have natural medicines, they are common in other regions. Peru has a diverse flora, so we can take advantage of that. Consume a lot of medicines or in a constant way cause a negative impact on our body, So, the government should motivate people to use plants for their illnesses, for example ginger isn’t a plant like eucalyptus but both are used for respiratory diseases. Cinnamon tea is good for colic, and there are more options, only people should search for some information about them.
