Objective: To revise some employers & employees` rights and responsibilities. Content: Employer Employee Right Responsibility Fixed working hour Medical claim facility Leaves in Peru

1. Fixed Working Hours

  • It is 8 hours a day and 48 hours per week.
  • Working for more than the predefined hours, it is overtime.
  • The right to pack up and leave. 2. Medical Claim Facility
  • Provided by the organization to ensure that the work environment is safe, if some mishappening or accident occurs within the organization.

  • May be divided into two periods:
  • 15 days, in periods of 7 and 8 uninterrupted.

4. Working Safely

  • Productivity depends a lot on the surroundings and environment we work in.
  • So, in case you find anything not working in the normal state, inform to the concerned department as soon a possible.
  • Even other person`s illness can affect work negatively.

5. Adhering to Company Rules - The company handovers its property to the employees with mutual trust. - If anything breaks down physically due to the employee’s carelessness, they will be held accountable for paying compensation to overcome the loss.
