The most meaningful Friendship I’ve ever had is the one with my Friend Dania Portales. We became Friends by going to the same school. we study in the same kinder, primary, and high school. In primary, we only talked but she was not my friend. Recently in high school, we started to have a relationship as friends, during the school break we were always together and during the vacations, I stayed to sleep at her house, We've made our friendship stronger by sharing laughter, being in the worst moments, and creating countless memories together. Unfortunately, she decided to continue her studies in another country but we’ve stayed friends by keeping in touch, sharing our lives, and telling each other our things. I would like to tell you a little about my life, I don't remember much about my childhood but I only remember small flames, I remember that in my childhood I never had any close friends, although at that time it wasn't important to me because not having any close friends didn't prevent me from being happy, in my opinion, I had a great time at home with my cousins, playing was my hobby, and watching movies with my family was also my hobby. In kindergarten I was a very happy, competitive, and friendly girl, I liked having classmates, I remember that in kindergarten I met a girl who became my friend, at that time she was like my only friend, we didn't spend much time together but at that time she was the only friend I had.
MY IMPORTANT
During primary school I didn't know anyone, for me, it was exciting and great because I was going to meet new people and maybe make new friends. I was happy because I found out that my only friend from kindergarten was also in elementary school. I don't really remember what happened in the first years but I only remember that in 3rd grade there were three new girls, my friend from Kidergardeb started hanging out with them, I didn't have any problem with that but I didn't like was that they began to bother me, every day they bothered me and that made me feel very bad. All this turned into bullying. Everything lasted 2 years because in the last grade of primary school, I decided to tell my parents everything and they insisted on changing my school, in the last year of primary school I didn't make friends at the new school, the truth is that it made me sad but that was better than having someone who you think is your friend but in reality, only insults you and hurts you. When I was in high school everything got complicated because making friends was very difficult for me because I thought that no one was going to want to hang out with me or they were going to make fun of me. So that no one would notice how I was feeling I tried to hide what I was feeling with a smile, I became very happy and friendly so that people would hang out with me. That year I met a girl and we started talking , almost always I went to her house and we stopped together, she told me her problems and I told mine, then I realized that her problems were very similar to mine, at the beginning there were some small one's problems like in any relationship of friends but never stop being friends and having trusted her is the reason why she is now my best friend. Something curious about my best friend is that we also studied in the same kindergarten and the same primary school, but for strange reasons we had never seen each other although in primary school we only saw each other at the exit and we greeted each other.
STUDY habits!habits! Some studies say that the amount of concentration decreases, so studying so difficult or do we just get complicated? In my case, when I try to study sometimes it gets very complicated, when I decide to study I get distracted quickly or when I have to do a task I lose my ideas. Another problem I have is that sometimes I leave things until last and that is bad because sometimes I forget that I have domestic tasks and at night I have more and more tasks (university tasks, household tasks) during the day I dedicate many hours to the cell phone and it causes me to have less time to do the things I like (watch a movie and go to the gym). When performing a task, after a few minutes I lose concentration, but why? While everyone's attention span does differ slightly, research has revealed that the average adult human is only able to concentrate on a task for around 15 to 20 minutes, suggesting most of us are struggling to maintain focus for long periods. I have a friend who always has good grades on exams and her way of studying is to spend fewer hours passively reading or highlighting, instead, she actively engages with the content. When there is an exam, what she does is read the topic, and what she understands she tells her stuffed animals as if her stuffed animals were her students. I think it is a great method, instead of spending a lot of time studying we can do something else that also helps us retain information like what my friend does. So something that could help us is the Pomodoro technique, which is a time management method based on 25-minute stretches of focused work broken by five-minute breaks. The amount of time you put into studying is sometimes not the most important thing, and neither is the number of books you study..
I think it is a great method, instead of spending a lot of time studying we can do something like spend a few minutes studying and then tell someone that we understood, which is something that also could help us. About my habits, I need to improve my study habits I spend a lot of time on my cell phone and I almost always sleep very late and that means that when I want to study I have a little energy. I must change my schedule, I must get up early and sleep on my own time, sometimes I only study for a little time I spend a lot of time on my cell phone, in that case, I must set a schedule, and only use some networks for a few hours, maybe an hour for each network or application and no more. I remember that when I had an exam I dedicated a large part of my concentration to studying, I studied the topic for 1 hour and then I watched some videos on that same topic, I remember that I made fewer mistakes in the exam. Sometimes, I struggle with procrastination, a little more discipline in adhering to study schedules would be beneficial. In my case, what has helped me when I have to study several topics is, first I look for a place with less noise so I can concentrate and pay a great deal of attention to what I study. Then I avoid all electronic devices except the computer because I will use it. I seek out many resources online courses, textbooks, videos, etc. to supplement my learning. I know that many people are buying fewer books these days and prefer to use the cell phone so, recently, the number of hours I use my cell phone is 3 hours a day, although I try to avoid using my cell phone too much. Before, I used my cell phone more because I also liked to read virtual books, but now I try to buy books to read, and reading also helps me learn a lot of new words. I recommend not spending too little time studying but not much time either, you should study what is necessary so that your brain can retain a great deal of information
