According to Ander – Egg (1993) research is a systematic process through which one tries to reach, through information and data, the answer to a question, the solution to a problem or, a greater understanding of a phenomenon. (Iño, 2003, pagraph. 3) To start you must choose a topic that you like, about which you want to learn more. Then you can explorer and ensure to answer question and problems regarding topic using tools such as books and websites. Also research allow developing and testing new theories that contribute to the advancement of knowledge, practices and profession. (Meyer, R. 2015) However, Why do teachers have to develop a research skill/competency? This question is important of answer because the research is some social when the principally actors are the people and in the practice like a teacher you meeting diferents kinds of attitude, is important know the context in the move the students because this aspect show which is correct way of teaching is so when the teacher need the research about the context and the approach or methods that their should apply in the classroom for student learn. Currently the learning tools change daily for example, before students used books as only tool for research or learning something new and the computer was rarely used now the activities are doing in the computer or in the cellphone using educational tool such internet, websites, video games, even classes are taken from the cellphone so the teachers should are in permanent investigation about the new didactic tools for apply in the classroom and the student feel motivates in learning.
