AREAS DEL PROCESO CONSTRUCTIVO

Cuando se redacta un proceso constructivo se deben cubrir las siguientes áreas:

• (^) Orden de ejecución.
• Detalles constructivos.
• (^) Necesidades de cada etapa
• (^) Tiempos de ejecución estimados.
• (^) Planificar técnica y económicamente los costos directos e indirectos.

Generalmente, una primera planificación se encuentra en el proyecto constructivo,

aunque esta debe ser repensada de nuevo por las empresas participantes del

proyecto.

Las etapas básicas de un proceso constructivo son:

• (^) Cimentación.
• (^) Estructura.
• (^) Mampostería.
• (^) Instalaciones técnicas.
• (^) Acabados.

 TIPOS DE TERRAPLEN.

Es necesario destacar que los terraplenes se construyen en

carreteras y pertenecen a algunos de los siguientes tipos:

Terraplenes en zonas planas (de poca altura): los terraplenes

en zonas planas se caracterizan por tener altura pequeña

menor de (5 m) longitudes grandes hasta de varios kilómetros

y disponibilidad de espacios amplios para la maniobra de

equipos.

Terraplenes en zonas montañosas y escarpadas (de gran

altura): los terraplenes emplazados en esta zona se

caracterizan por tener al altura muy grande hasta de (30 m)

longitud pequeña menor de (50 m) y no ofrecen espacios

amplios para la maniobra de equipos.

Terraplenes en zonas onduladas y entre onduladas y

montañosas: tienen características intermedias entre los 2

anteriores es muy importante que el conductor diferencie y

características de las zonas de emplazamiento de los

terraplenes que tienen que construir para que pueda calcular

en la fase de licitación un precio unitario verdaderamente
