The two (2) company we select on is an automobile company that made significant stand on the market, The Mitsubishi Motors & Tesla Motors are both automotive companies that are focused on producing innovative and sustainable vehicles. Organization with the good mission/vision statement Mitsubishi is known for having a strong mission and vision, which has helped to guide the company's growth and success over the years. The company's mission is to "contribute to the creation of a vibrant society by realizing the potential of mobility," while its vision is to "become a global leading company of mobility, innovation, and sustainability." Mitsubishi has a good M/V because it contains a clear purpose of the organization, principal business aims, key beliefs and values of the company, definition of who are the major stakeholders in the business, and guiding principles that define the code of conduct that tells employees how to behave. Overall, Mitsubishi's mission and vision are considered to be good because they align with the company's core values, emphasize sustainability and innovation, and demonstrate a strong commitment to social responsibility. Organization with the poor mission/vision statement Tesla is often criticized for having a poor mission/vision statement, as its statement is relatively short and lacks the level of detail and clarity that is typically found in well-crafted mission and vision statements. Tesla's mission statement is: "To accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy." While this statement does convey the company's focus on sustainability and clean energy, it is criticized for being too broad and lacking specific details about how the company plans to achieve this goal. Additionally, the statement does not provide clear guidance on the company's business strategy or its long-term objectives, which can make it difficult for stakeholders to understand the company's direction. Some have also criticized Tesla's vision statement, which is simply: "Create the most compelling car company of the 21st century by driving the world's transition to electric vehicles." Like the mission statement, this statement is relatively short and lacks specific details about the company's strategy and objectives. While Tesla's mission and vision statements have been criticized, it is important to note that the company has been successful in achieving its goals and growing rapidly in recent years. However, having a well-crafted mission and vision statement can help to provide clear guidance and direction to stakeholders, and can be an important part of a company's overall strategy and success. Tesla: the artificial Intelligence company Tesla, Inc. is an American electric vehicle and clean energy company, founded in 2003 by Elon Musk, JB Straubel, Martin Eberhard, Marc Tarpenning, and Ian Wright. The company is headquartered in Palo Alto, California. Initially, Tesla produced high-end sports cars, such as the Tesla Roadster, which helped to popularize electric vehicles and demonstrate the potential of EV technology. The company has since expanded its product line to include more affordable vehicles, such as the Model S, Model X, and Model 3, and has also developed solar panels and energy storage products. Tesla is known for its innovative technology and commitment to sustainability, with a focus on reducing the world's dependence on fossil fuels. The company has made significant advancements in battery technology, allowing for longer ranges and faster charging times in its electric vehicles. Tesla's vehicles are also equipped with advanced self-driving capabilities, although the company has faced some criticism and regulatory scrutiny in this area.
