This advertisement represents the “Puffery”. In puffery Exaggerated, fantastical or impossible claims are being portrayed by the companies. It is the false information which is communicated to the massive audience in order to increase the sales volume. In this advertisement, company
ethically it is unlawful and it leads the company towards the clear violation of consumer court’s law.
