Course Description
The course introduces prospective teachers to the nature of teaching. It deals especially with the principles of effective instruction
and the concomitant processes involved instructional planning and actual teaching.

In-depth knowledge and understanding of the concepts of teaching and the teaching profession, principles of teaching, and
instructional processes
Decision-making skills related to appropriate selection of objectives, content, methodologies and strategies, different types of
instructional materials and instructional delivery systems
