The organic agriculture production nc ii qualification consists of competencies that a person must achieve to produce organic farm products such as chicken, vegetables, organic supplements like fertilizer, concoctions, and extracts. It has two elective competencies on raising organic hogs and small ruminants. This qualification prepares learners to become organic agriculture farmers, organic chicken raisers, organic hogs raisers, organic small ruminants raisers, organic vegetables farmers, organic concoctions and extracts producers, and organic fertilizer producers. The training program follows the competency-based technical vocational education and training (cbtvet) approach, which focuses on the competency development of the learner. The training duration is 232 hours, covering basic, common, core, and elective competencies. Learners are assessed based on their performance and the collection of evidence against industry standards.
