BUWAN NG WIKA
Last 15th of September, the students of Shepherd Angels Christian School of Antipolo, INC. Pinugay
Branch celebrate Buwan Ng Wika, the national language month, it is celebrated as an encouragement to
promote the traditional Filipino language and culture. All the students as well as the teachers are wearing
pinoy clothes.
Mr. John Mark Vallentos, a SBO adviser with the SBO officers were assigned to plan the said
activity for the month of September. It was organized by decorating the venue where the event will be
held, making sash and props for the event and calling the participants from different grade level in the
afternoon for practice. Mr. Vallentos also assigned each officers to their designated area to make the
program flow smoothly.
The theme on the said event was ”Filipino at Mga Katutubong Wika: Wika ng Kapayapaan,
Seguridad, at Inklusibong Pagpapatupad ng Katarungang Panlipunan” it served as the root of the program
to awaken the awareness of the minds of the students.
