My retirement house’s name is Grand Life Retirement House. There are lots of retirement houses
around the country, but my retirement house is the biggest and the most comprehensive building.
We educated our carers and retainers professionally. Also, we have five different facilities for elders.
The first facility is that we care for elders. We always want to make sure that elderly people have the
great treatment and enough care from their carers. The elderly people’s meals are given by our staff.
If someone needs to feed, carers will take care of them. Then, the carers help them to go to the
bathroom.
The second facility is that our retainers provide entertainment activities for elderly people. Friday
night of every week, a lot of different games are organized by our retainers such as tombola, taboo,
and card games. Sometimes, everybody sits around the big screen and watches movies about
happiness and positive feelings.
Thirdly, the most important thing is the security of Grand Life Retirement House’s staff and the
elderly people who are staying in the building. We have a high-end security system and guarders. Our
guarders keep watch twenty-four-seven around the building. Furthermore, our security cameras
always watch and record around the building.
The fourth one is that we provide education to elders. We have many teachers on our staff who
know elderly people ‘s psychology and physical anatomy well. They help to teach many things to
them like writing, reading, or analyzing something. Generally, elder people have problems
remembering something so the lessons are productive for them.
Finally, some elderly people cannot deal with loneliness. They feel lonely many times. We thought
about that and found some solutions. Many schools visit us. Sometimes, children bring their pets.
Elders enjoy playing with them. Some of them think the children are their grandchildren. However,
it’s still a good way of making elders not lonely.
