to fill hollow cell of block
4. Cement and sand reqd. For
plastering sides of block
5. Materials for CHB footing and
concrete post
6. Steel reinforcements and tie wires
FACTORS AFFECTING ESTIMATION
1. Improper measure of aggregates
during block laying.
2. Measuring box not with accordance
to specified measurement
3. Addition of cement to over exposed
mixed mortar not used on time
4. Excess mortar dumped. Common
after working hours where no
overtime pay is authorized.
