Student(s): Ma’am our topic last meeting is all about the 4 domains of physical activities.
The four domains of physical activities are Domestic, Occupational, Transportation and Leisure Time. Motivation Now, lets have a game. I have here a present statement that I will flash in the monitor later. All you have to do is describe weather it is a fact or bluff. Everybody should stand up with a happy face if the statement is true or fact and sad face if it is bluff. Is that clear? Are you ready?
(The teacher will present the objectives and call someone to read it.) “Marven, kindly read the objectives.” So now, let’s start our lesson… For today’s lesson, we will discuss about the components of health-related fitness, but before that let us talk first about Physical Fitness. But let me ask you first. Why being physically fit or physical fitness is important during Pandemic? Yes, Mr Laboc? Okay very good! How about the others? Yes, Miss Dacles? Okay very good. All your answer is correct! So what is Physical Fitness? Yes please read, Miss Gabijan Okay very good! (Student will raised their hand) Being physically fit during pandemic is important because if we are physically fit or healthy our body can fight against disease Our immune system are stronger if we are healthy. A person who is free from illness and can do physical or sports activities and still has an extra energy to do more activities is considered to be physically fit. Physical fitness is a combination of health fitness and body fitness. Health fitness refers to your body’s ability to fight off disease. Body fitness, on the other hand, refers to the ability to do strenuous physical or sports activities without getting tired easily.

Are we clear class? Yes Ma’am! Cardiovascular Endurance – The ability of the heart, lungs, blood vessels, and blood to work efficiency and to supply the body with the oxygen. Yes Ma’am! Muscular Strength is the amount of force a muscle can produce. Typically measured by how much weight can be move in relation to repetitions. Exercise involving multiple joints and muscle group such as squats or bench press are often used.
