Legal Opinion
The family of Mr. GULLI BLE (Ble), comes to your office to ask what
recourse under our laws are available to them. Turns out Ble, and the
proprietor of SCAM Inc., Mr. SEL OSO (Oso) were secretly lovers.
Ble, was recently found dead with a gunshot wound to the heart. Recent media
publications point that Oso was the last one seen with Ble, the day before the
latter was found dead. There were also several CCTV footage spreading,
pointing to the same. This sparked public attention due to social media, to the
extent of candidates for the upcoming elections offering up award money for
the whereabouts of Oso, who is rumored to be already out of the country.
Critics all over the internet say, “The guilty flees even if no one pursuit, but the
innocent stands as brave as a lion”. Oso is not considered as a suspect to the
said tragedy that befell Ble.
Draft a legal opinion for the family of Ble, stating what recourses are available
for them under our laws.
Kindly look into special laws and any new developments in rules of
procedure.
