If I were Cesar, before accepting the money from Mr. Reyes, I would consider how my
mothballing crew would feel if I accepted that money, given their efforts in keeping the plant
equipment in such good and proper condition. On the other hand, I will also think of what my
boss would say about this matter. Considering that I personally asked him if we could offer the
wall within 90%, he might think that I suggested that thing so that I could get the remaining 10%
as my commission for the selling of our plant in Mindanao.
