I felt well inside my body after we had done handball and soccer and I had a lot of energy and had a great time. Plus the day before i had done badminton so i felt even better. Plus I walk everyday down to my mailbox to get my taxi almost everyday. I will also try to stay active before and after my phys ed class is done

I felt very good yesterday since I pushed myself a whole lot for badminton and didn’t have a long break and when I got home I immediately fell asleep. So that felt incredible. Today i will also push myself forwards and whatever you have planned for us. I am going to positively influence my PHYSICAL wellness this week by I worked a little on it, by walking up my hill to go see the eclipse on monday and my dad joined me but went by car since he has a terrible back. The eclipse was spectacular. We saw the darkness fall and we could see Mount Orford which was amazing!
