  1. Factor Factors affecting the quality of internal communication such as: Consistency in communication, infrastructure, management leadership, ... Communication infrastructure: Planning, quality control and information management systems are very important to an organization's performance in operations its main move. An organization's communication infrastructure plays an important role in how communication takes place, as it provides the basic framework within which communication. A cross-functional management process for planning and monitoring relationships provides a way to specifically link departments and functions, allowing them to maintain their expertise, and potentially eliminate leave their isolation  Example: Phu Bai Yarn Joint Stock Company has developed quite well a mechanism to receive and promptly respond to information for employees. Besides, the company's open source of information is still limited, the website has quite little information about its activities: information about employees, information about the company's organizational activities, information about the company's intentions and goals in the coming period. Coordination of communication and action efforts: As environments become more dynamic and organizations become complex, cross-departmental coordination becomes important. The purpose of this process is to coordinate all of the organization's messages to its stakeholders to create a common message. For all employees of the departments to understand the ideas as well as the message that the company is aiming for.  Example: At Phu Bai Yarn Joint Stock Company, the coordination is done quite well, and the horizontal information flow is circulated and exchanged quite effectively. The employees and departments often exchange a lot with each other

during the working process. This is understandable because the company's specificity is production, so the exchanges often take place mainly: briefings, assignment of tasks work, product production problems.

III. Solution

Communication infrastructure:

  • The company needs to create more forms of information transmission to employees in addition to traditional tools such as bulletin boards, meetings such as social networks, internal publications, entertainment activities.
  • Invest in internal website content. Should add more information such as: information about employees, information about the company's organizational activities, information about the company's intentions and goals in the coming period.
  • Internally, communication supports cooperation between employees so it is easy for them to work together. Coordination of communication and action efforts:
  • The cross-functional planning and monitoring functions between the company's departments must always be maintained regularly, more actively.
  • The company needs to have many forms to improve the efficiency of information exchange between departments by activities: skills contests in the company, contests for voting on the Internet to stimulate employees. Employees access the internal Web site to be able to interact with many people in other departments.
  • The company should create more direct dialogues between managers and employees, between internal departments.
