Types of Training 1-Behavioral Training – This includes those training which are related to the behavior of the employee. When some behavioral gaps are identified then such types of training are provided. For Examples:- Training on Interpersonal Skills. Training on Team Work.
3-Induction Training- Induction Training program are arranged for the new joinee or fresher. In induction program the fresher are made aware about the company history, its core values, vision statement, mission statement, its different policies, code of conduct, etc.
4-Organizational Training- Whenever there is any change in the organization then such type of training are provided to the employees so that they can adapt themselves according to the change. Hence these different training are conducted on the basis of need identified within an organization.
WHY TRAINING? (^) No one is a perfect fit at the time of hiring and some training & development must take place. (^) Planned development programs will return values to the organization in terms of : (^) increased productivity (^) reduced costs (^) Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements.
