The first stage of group development lasts only a few days (or weeks). During this stage, members prepare for their new roles and responsibilities, and the atmosphere is generally positive. To prepare for any challenges that may arise in the future, the group should focus on learning about team processes. ❖ Storming During the storming stage, conflicts and disagreements are common. Members may experience frustration, resentment, and anger, leading to increased stress levels. As a result, the group's progress may be impeded. The norming stage is used to address individual and group concerns. The group establishes its own rules and begins to develop trust among members. As the group's interpersonal skills improve, its overall performance improves as well. ❖ Performing At this point, the group is ready to begin working on its tasks. Members have a clear understanding of their roles and responsibilities, and the group is committed to achieving its objectives. The performing stage begins when the group starts working, and it continues until the task is completed. ❖ Adjourning

After completing the task assigned to them, the group moves into the adjourning stage. This stage marks the end of the group formation process. Once the group's goal has been accomplished, the group is disbanded.

  1. Characteristics of Team Dynamics Here are some similar characteristics of positive team dynamics: Common Goal A team's success depends on having a shared purpose, and each member should be aware of the objectives. It is necessary to establish the goals and ensure that everyone is working towards the same target. If members are unclear or have different opinions about the goals, it can result in conflicts and affect the team's performance. Effective Communication Open and effective communication is crucial for a successful team. Team members should be able to communicate freely and express their thoughts and ideas without fear of retribution. It is the responsibility of team leaders to ensure that communication channels are open and that everyone understands each other. Collaboration and Cooperation

of their work. They should also lead by example, demonstrating the qualities and behaviors they expect from their team members. B. The importance of team dynamics in the success and/or failure of group work Teams consist of individuals with varying personalities, skills, and expertise. Positive team dynamics play a significant role in how well team members collaborate, work together, and achieve their objectives. Positive dynamics provide numerous benefits, one of which is improving individual productivity. Here are some reasons why:

  • Effective communication: Clear, open, and effective communication is crucial for teams to perform at their best. Teams with positive dynamics must communicate problems, team concerns, and constructive criticism to improve their performance.
  • Positive relationships between team members: Mutual trust and respect are fundamental to relationships in teams with positive dynamics. This fosters a sense of safety when sharing ideas, encouraging even shy individuals to contribute.
  • Quick decision-making: Openness to listening and considering different viewpoints leads to quicker decision-making, with fewer disputes or conflicts.
  • Creativity: Teams with positive dynamics prioritize innovation, promoting the creation of new business strategies and allowing employees to try new approaches.
  • Growth: Positive team dynamics not only contribute to achieving team objectives, but also promote individual growth, openness to new ideas, and more efficient workflows.

C. In my group

  1. Success factor Success factor How to archive it Powerful communication Strong group components are the hallmark of better execution. Have a connection with one another Since we already knew each other, communication between us was quite effective. We also use a variety of means to flexibly communicate with each other in all circumstances Make wise selections. To make the best decisions, have a few chats. The group should understand the objective. We needed to collaborate and come to an understanding on what we were going to do in order to accomplish the project's main objective. Inspiration The consolation of teamwork instills a sense of trust in the participants that they are an integral component of an objective.
  • Bui Minh is a very funny, sociable and sure person, although his opinions are quite vague and less creative, but it is also an important piece of the puzzle in our group. He is also quite a psychopath about money, so his role is as a budget accountant for our project.
  1. About the event
  • The group started working together from 25/12/2023 to 30/12/2023 to plan that it will take 5 days for event. Goal:  Introduction about purpose and goal of event  Present the itinerary and time  Budget statistics and comments Participants:  Every 8am from 25 to 30/12/  For all people who have invited Place: ▪ Royal Lotus Hotel DaNang

B. My role in the group work

  1. Team member’s role:
  • "Event Organization" (Le Quynh) in charge of organizing and managing all marketing and communication-related phases. They contain all the event-related data necessary to explain to attendees what the event might offer. He came up with a marketing strategy that covered both online and offline marketing and went step-by-step through the entire event. To reach his target participants—young people who wish to launch an online business—he placed various messages and announcements online. Offline, he creates and hangs banners and posters across the school, including those over bulletin boards and in front of elevators.
  • "Instructor" (Hoang Nam) will take on the role of MC and guide from A-Z to everyone about the regulations, methods, ways, values, needs and ways to increase the amount of income for everyone about Tiki
  • "Team leader" (Quoc Trung) is the person in charge of finding information and organizing this event. Make the schedule known to everyone involved
  • "Budget inventory" (Bui Minh) is the guarantor of the total assets paid for the 5 days of everyone's event. Synthesize and provide transparent data
  1. My contribution
  • A group chief's occupation regularly incorporates dispersing work, sharing it, preparing individuals on missing capacities, and assessing their exhibition. Being a group chief was my incredible obligation.

unconventional for others to pursue. Despite my analytical focus, I also value imagination and creativity, and I strive to apply my insights in practical and innovative ways. B. Definition of CDP A self-improvement plan is a technique that involves exercises aimed at gathering information, experience, mindfulness, evaluation, goals, and self-awareness directions in the areas of study, profession, and expanding connections. A self-awareness plan is a schedule of activities that considers your priorities, needs, skills that have helped you achieve your goals, and assets. It should be an evolving document that improves over time. A Personal Development Plan (PDP) is a self-improvement strategy that summarizes an individual's desires, talents, abilities, educational background, and practice. It is a tool for getting the system in motion. Self-improvement plans can also include career and interest goals, specific circumstances, opportunity and chance investigations, a backup plan (Plan B), and a copy of the usage history. Continuing Professional Development (CPD) is the most popular way of documenting and reporting the skills, knowledge, and information an individual acquires while working. It serves as a reminder of what you have accomplished and established as routines. CPD is crucial in ensuring that an individual remains up-to-date with the knowledge and skills required for continual self-improvement. It also helps in committing deeply to one's group, particularly when serving as a leader. CPD provides individuals with more opportunities to advance in their career, take on new roles, lead, influence, mentor, and offer advice to others. As I worked on the "The Importance of Google Drive as well as Online

Storage Locations" project, I chose CPD classes to enhance my knowledge and skills. The project helped me learn in a structured, sensible way that improved my general knowledge and abilities. It also enabled me to identify the knowledge and skills I needed to acquire quickly to show improvement.

  1. Setting goals As a second-year IT student at the University of Greenwich, I am starting to think about my future and what steps I need to take to achieve my goals. With graduation approaching in two years, I understand the importance of planning ahead. I am currently working on identifying my long-term and short-term objectives and the direction I need to focus on to reach my desired salary after graduation. I believe that by putting these concepts into practice, I will be able to achieve my goals more professionally and efficiently. My personal objectives may take various forms, but they provide me with a sense of direction and accountability to live my best life and strive for happiness and well-being. To achieve this, I have created a unique strategy that outlines both my long-term and short-term goals.

B. Three skills need to develop

  1. Communication Skills: Communication skills are essential for success in the IT industry. As a student in this field, I have to learn how to communicate technical information to non-technical people. I need to be able to explain complex concepts in simple terms so that others can understand. Additionally, effective communication skills are crucial when working in teams. I must be able to clearly express my ideas and opinions while also listening to others. Developing my communication skills will help me become a better collaborator, problem-solver, and leader in my future career.
  2. Technical Skills: As a student in the IT field, I must develop strong technical skills to be successful. Technical skills include programming languages, software development, and database management. Learning these skills will allow me to design and develop software that solves real-world problems. I need to constantly stay up-to-date with the latest technology and industry trends to stay competitive in the job market. By developing my technical skills, I will be able to create high-quality software solutions and contribute to the growth of the industry.
  3. Time Management Skills: Time management is critical for success as an IT student. With numerous assignments, projects, and deadlines to meet, I must learn to effectively manage my time. I need to prioritize tasks and set realistic goals for myself. By doing so, I can ensure that I complete assignments on time and to a high standard. Additionally, effective time management will
