customer satisfaction or to increased loyalty, for us to have a better understanding of market trends and
demands.

effectively, leading to enhanced customer satisfaction and loyalty. In the tourism and hospitality

growth. For example, I am the owner of hotel and then the guest wants to stay together with their pet,
and as I understand them. I will allow them because it's their wants and by that it will make them
