  • (^) Personality: I am a budget conscious and that allowed me to select particular and most compatible product to other.
  • Perception: I have a great experience with Mi products.

  • (^) Lifestyle: I am an extrovert and as mate black color matches with my black color phone. So, I was influenced to buy black color power bank.

Consumer Decision Process

  • Problem : I needed a new power bank as my old one was not working.
  • (^) Information search : I needed a new power bank with 20000mah capacity previous had 6000mah. I searched it on flipkart and my near by electronics shop.
  • (^) Evaluation of alternatives : various brands such as Samsung, Mi, Urban, Syska
  • (^) Purchase Decision : Mi “Mate Black” 20000mah from my local vendor.
  • (^) Post Purchase Behavior : Wonderful experience with the new one as it charges my mobile almost 4.5 times with one time charge to power bank as compared to 2.5 times my old failed power bank.

Situational Influences

  • (^) Purchase task: To replace old none working to the new power bank
  • (^) Social Surroundings: I walked into a very busy store due to festival and buy it quick
  • Physical surroundings: It was rush over there due to sale at the time
  • (^) Temporal effects: I t was the one-day sale at working hour of the store, so I went at mid afternoon
  • (^) Antecedent states: As I went to the store with 40000 rupees cash and due to the sale, I got the right product

Socio-cultural Influences

  • Personal Influence: As I have, heard from my friend about the long-lasting durability of Mi power banks as compared to others (Word of Mouth).
  • Reference groups: I was kind influenced by the picture of sonu sood the brand ambassador of Mi.
  • (^) Family: There is no role by my family in selecting my personal electronics.
  • Culture & Subculture: they do not influence me in purchasing any electronics but, it influence sometimes in buying clothing
