1.Development is lifelong It does not end in childhood.
Child care: parents and teachers should help
their children or students to make them ready
to face changes in their lives.
Education: As a teacher we should consider
our students’ individual uniqueness. They
have different skills,strength and weaknesses,
meaning we should not be perfectionist but be
understanding instead.
Parenting:
Parents should not be perfectionist with their
children and should guide and help them in
every developmental task that they must do
for them to be develop.
2. Development is plastic
Childcare: Parents and teacher should guide
and help their children or students to be ready
to face changes in their lives.
Education: Development is possible
throughout the lifespan same with learning.
Parenting: There are different or unexpected
happenings that parent may encounter while
nurturing their children, which they need to
accept.
