DEFINITION 20 rare disorder that allows the person to move around involuntarily during REM

Insomnia

incapability to get t sleep or stay asleep or even have a decent sleep when actually successfully falling asleep TERM 22

Sleep Apnea

DEFINITION 22 when a person stops breating while theyre sleeping for one minute or more TERM 23

Narcolepsy

DEFINITION 23 sleeping disorder that makes a person fall into REM sleep at any given moment during a day without any warning
