Once introduced, continue using the CAAP throughout the text to 1.Page 101 of the Operati on Manual regarding the topic on the General Procedures in the pre/before, Item No. 1 stati ng that all responders wear appropriate Personal Protecti ve Equipment (PPE). Hearing from those who experienced such kind of responses, there is a need for procurement of appropriate PPE that We would like to express our sincere appreciati on and grati tude to each member of the team behind the craft ing of the comprehensive BFP Operati onal Manual. The informati on provided in the manual is invaluable and will undoubtedly

response.

Debriefing which includes the reiteration of the role of BFP, PNP, PA and the CAAP (Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines) to prevent the “Payabangan system” that was told during such kind of response.
