Raven's Progressive Matrices Is administered as a nonverbal group test. It is typically a 60-item test used in measuring abstract reasoning and regarded as a non-verbal estimate of fluid intelligence. The test is progressive in the sense that questions get harder as the test progresses. The task is to determine the missing element in a pattern which is generally presented in the form of a matrix, hence the name Raven’s matrices.

Examples of Ability Test

Raven's Progressive Matrices For each question, the correct response is given a score of 1. Any of the 5 to 7 incorrect responses is given a score of 0. The maximum score on the Raven's Matrices Test is 60.

How the test is scored

On the SPM, for instance, there are 60 items, so the raw score could range from 0-60. percentile rank The percentile rank is a standardized score that tells you what percentage of the norming sample your child scored better than. scaled score The scaled score is another type of standardized score that puts the raw score on a common scale for easier comparison. stanine score The stanine score is a scale from 1 to 9 with a mean of 5. A score of 1, 2 or 3 is below average; 4, 5 or 6 is average; and 7, 8 or 9 is above average. Raven's Progressive Matrices

Big Five Personality Test The Big Five Personality Test measures five key traits: Openness (creativity), Conscientiousness (organization), Extraversion (sociability), Agreeableness (cooperation), and Neuroticism (emotional stability). These traits help describe an individual’s overall personality.

How The Test is Scored

1.Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) For each 70 prompts choose a or b, choose a letter that you think most accurately describes you. Record your answers on the score sheet.
